Citizens Advice Mid Ulster

Citizens Advice Mid Ulster is an advice, information and advocacy service. We help people resolve their debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems. Our services are available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.

Each local Citizens Advice office is a registered charity reliant on trained advisers (both paid and volunteer) and funded by money from local councils, charitable trusts, companies, individuals and others to provide and maintain a vital service to local communities.

OUR AIMS

To ensure that individuals do not suffer through:

• lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities;
• lack of knowledge of the services available to them;
• an inability to express their needs effectively;
• to exercise a responsible influence on the development of laws, policies and services locally, regionally and nationally.
