Disability Inclusion Society

We are a Community Interest Company which works with working aged disabled individuals in a highly creative way. Our teams are creatively led and the work which we do with our clients is approached in a creative method. Our projects are all both based in and aimed at improving local communities. The type of project which we do is:

• Painting murals
• Painting and Decorating
• Gardening
• Landscaping
• General Maintenance

This list is not exhaustive but should give an idea of what we are offering.

We work with two different types of clients. The first is those whom have severe disabilities and qualify for a social services personal budget. The second is the clients whom do not qualify for any budget but could (with support) find employment.

With the second catagory of clients we are currently working with on a training programme, during this programme we will work on a variation of our projects and offer our clients a choice of what type of project they would like to work on. We will then engage our fully qualified recruitment team to train our clients how to job search efficiently.
