East Midlands Advocacy Alliance

Since 1995 The Advocacy Alliance has worked with a wide range of vulnerable people, including people with:

- Learning Disabilities

-Mental Health needs

-Personality Disorder

-Physical Disability and/or Sensory Impairment

-Carers

Through Advocacy we can help you speak out and be heard; help you have your rights recognised; find information that will help you make choices and decisions about your care and treatment; support you and speak out for you at meetings when you feel unable. 

An advocate listens to what you have to say, to what you want now and in the future.  Our advocates are independent and trained to help you speak up.  We help you to speak for yourself.  We will try to get people to listen to the things you want to say.  We are led by YOU.
