Every Day Harmony, Music Therapy

Every Day Harmony (EDH), a registered charity and largest regional provider of clinical music therapy to children, adolescents and adults, across the health, education, justice and voluntary sectors.  EDH conducted the largest clinical trial in the world, ‘Music in Mind’, investigating the impact of music therapy on CAMHS.  Findings proved that music therapy delivered within a clinical setting significantly improved self-esteem, reduced depression and had a positive effect on communication and interaction skills, the benefits of which are sustained in the longer term.  Music Therapy also deals effectively in areas of dementia, autism, brain injury and physical and learning disability.
