Fields in Trust

Fields in Trust’s mission is to secure and improve outdoor space for sport and play for future generations. Outdoor recreational space has a vital role to play in creating healthy communities, increasing activity levels and social cohesion and improving the local environment. Fields in Trust was founded in 1925 and so far protects nearly three thousand sites covering thirty thousand acres. Fields in Trust helps facilitate funding for fields, provides advice on their upkeep and lobbies on their behalf. They also support communities to hold celebratory community events on their protected sites - Have a Field Days.
