Scoop Aid is  Lone Parent Advice and Support Centre based in Sheffield and is a city wide service; Our aim is to provide advice, information, advocacy, child support agency advice and representation to lone parents. This service and our Volunteering Programme is here to provide advice and support around in work and out of work benefits, housing issues, tribunal representation, debt, child care , energy advice,education, legal issues, sen issues.....and more. The Volunteering Programme looks at locating and identifying volunteering opportunities for lone parents internal at ScoopAid and external to ScoopAid, the VP also looks at training opps for lone parents, finances, improved employability.

We aim to provide a free confidential holistic service for lone parents across the city and aim to break down barriers for lone parent families and to improve the quality of life for children of lone parent families.
